You will ensure high-quality, person-centred support, manage budgets and staff performance, and work with families and professionals to deliver positive outcomes.

The role requires an engaging leader with a track record in adult social care, capable of sustaining a warm, supportive culture while driving continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience as a manager in adult social care.
• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership (desirable) or willingness to work towards it.
• Strong people skills and ability to lead diverse teams.

• Lead and develop a team of care staff and senior personnel.
• Create a positive, accountable, and high‑performing culture.
