Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a network of clients and candidates in Marketing.
• Develop relationships with existing clients and pursue new business opportunities.
• Manage full-cycle recruitment processes from brief to placement.
• Provide guidance to improve activity and results.
• Negotiate complex terms and manage expectations.
• Collaborate with the team to hit individual and team targets.
• Promote the 3Search brand in the market.
• Mentor new staff and support training and initiatives.

We need a Senior/Principal Consultant to join our GTM team, focusing on commercial roles within high-growth tech businesses. Open to experience, but something in the commercial world would naturally be ideal.

• Building and managing an engaged network of relevant clients and candidates within the Marketing industry.
• Consistently developing existing relationships with clients. Proactively maximizing business opportunities and increasing market share.
