3Search is seeking a Senior or Principal Consultant to join our GTM team, focusing on sales roles within high-growth tech businesses for North America. The role involves candidate/account management without new business generation.

In this hybrid position, you will work 11am-8pm from Monday to Thursday and enjoy unlimited holiday, monthly commission, and a clear progression path.

Senior / Principal Delivery/ Candidate Consultant – GTM USA Recruitment (Soho, Hybrid)

We’re hiring a Senior or Principal Consultant to join our growing GTM team, specialising in sales roles within high-growth tech businesses for North America.

This will be candidate/account management, no new business.

For this role, you must be able to commit to working 11am-8pm Mon-Thursday.

• Build and manage a strong network of clients and candidates

• Lead complex negotiations and deliver results
• Contribute ideas and market insights as a thought leader
• Support and mentor junior team members
• Champion the 3Search brand in the market
