3Search is a London-based recruitment agency hiring a Recruitment Leader for Soho with hybrid working (3 days a week in London). The role focuses on building an engaged network in Marketing, leading recruiters, and driving revenue growth while expanding client relationships.

The ideal candidate will have extensive agency leadership experience, a track record of meeting revenue targets, and a passion for thought leadership in talent acquisition.

• Navigating complex negotiations and coaching others through tricky recruitment situations
