Job summary

3Search is seeking a Senior/Principal Consultant to join its marketing team in a hybrid role based in London. The role offers a 360 recruitment remit with a strong existing pipeline and an established brand in the GTM space.

You will build relationships with clients and candidates, manage full-cycle recruitment, and contribute to team targets while mentoring newer staff and promoting the 3Search brand in the market.

Qualifications

Demonstrated success delivering against individual revenue targets.
Experience as a 360 recruiter in an agency setting.
Excellent communication skills with confidence in matching candidates to clients.
Motivation to achieve development goals and grow professionally.
Aspires to be a thought leader in their sector.

Responsibilities
