Search Consultancy Ltd in Liverpool is seeking a Senior Recruitment Consultant / Billing Manager to lead and shape our Civil Engineering and Construction desk. You will build enduring client partnerships, win exclusive contracts and drive end-to-end recruitment for your own portfolio.

Two career paths exist: a 360° billing consultant track or a Billing Manager with team leadership, mentoring junior consultants while maintaining strong personal billings.

Formación

• Proven 360° recruitment experience with a strong billing history.
• Experience or keen interest in Civil Engineering, Construction or Industrial sectors.
• Demonstrates drive to become the undisputed authority in their market.
• Own transport and ability to meet clients and candidates face-to-face.

Responsabilidades

• Develop new business, win exclusive contracts, and manage end-to-end recruitment for your portfolio.
• As a Billing Manager, mentor junior consultants while maintaining your own billings and building a mini-business.
• Build lasting relationships with leading contractors and top-tier talent across the region.
