RGB Recruitment Ltd is helping a renowned North-West engineering consultancy recruit a Senior Civil Engineer to lead infrastructure projects in Liverpool. You will manage concepts through to construction, engaging clients and authorities while guiding project teams.

The role is hands-on with leadership duties, offering hybrid working, and a salary range of £40,000–£60,000 plus benefits. You’ll mentor junior engineers and contribute to the Liverpool office’s growth.

Qualifications

• Six+ years in a UK civil engineering design consultancy.
• Experience across residential development and infrastructure.
• Strong knowledge of highway and drainage design.
• Experience with Section 278/38/185/104 agreements.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and delivery of civil infrastructure projects across sectors.
• Manage projects from feasibility through to construction.
• Develop relationships with clients, authorities and stakeholders.
• Prepare highway, drainage and infrastructure designs.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver integrated solutions.
• Mentor junior engineers and share knowledge.
