Permanent People Rec2Rec in Leeds city centre is looking for a Principal Recruitment Consultant to join a high-billing desk. You will target at least £150k in annual billing with a commission up to 40% and have the chance to progress into leadership.

Choose to focus on existing vacancies or run a full 360 desk with support from leadership. There’s scope to mentor junior recruiters as the team grows, with flexibility around hours for international markets.

• Proven billing record of at least £150k annually.

• Ability to own your desk and develop others as the business grows.
