Job summary

Conrad Consulting in London is expanding and seeking a senior recruitment consultant to join our new office, with scope across civil & structural, architecture, or mechanical & electrical teams. Experience in these sectors isn’t essential as training is provided, but senior-level recruitment experience is required.

You will build your own desk in a 360 role, handling business development and candidate resourcing, while delivering excellent client liaison and successful placements.

• Previous experience as senior recruitment consultant.
• Proven track record of building a sustainable desk and evidence of successful billing.
• Strong business development and client relationship management skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation ability.
• Driven, target-focused individual with a genuine willingness to succeed.

Conrad Consulting is expanding, and we are seeking a senior consultant to join the team in our new London office to enhance our presence in the city. You will be given the opportunity to work within the civil & structural, architecture or mechanical & electrical team. Experience in these sectors is not vital as training will be given, but experience as a senior consultant is required.

You will be capable of establishing your own desk, carrying out a 360 role to include business development and candidate resourcing. You will have excellent client liaison skills and will be an experienced candidate resourcer, who can manage every aspect involved in making a placement.
