Senior Recruitment Consultant – AHP Division

Step into a senior role within a rapidly expanding AHP division. With 16 recruiters already in place and new NHS frameworks and insourcing contracts live, this is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced recruiter to lead from the front.

You’ll inherit warm clients while building your own desk in a high-demand market, with plenty of scope to grow into leadership as the team expands.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and grow your own recruitment desk within the AHP sector.
  • Source, screen, and place qualified Allied Health Professionals across NHS and private clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their staffing needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Maintain and expand a pipeline of candidates, ensuring quality and compliance.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support operational delivery and candidate management.
  • Contribute to team performance and billing targets.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in line with division growth strategies.
  • Provide market insights and support the expansion of new specialisms or services.
