Job summary

Rec2Rec Search is seeking an experienced recruiter to own the build of an engineering practice across Mechanical, Manufacturing, HVAC, and related sectors. You will shape the desk, network and direction with strong backing, launching from the ground up with the freedom to operate in subsectors you choose.

The role is hybrid (1 day in the office per week after onboarding) and focuses on 360 engineering recruitment, building national and international networks, and cultivating long-term

Hybrid - 1 day in the office per week after initial onboarding.

A specialist recruitment consultancy, backed by strong financial and technological investment and part of a business with global reach, is building out its engineering practice from the ground up. The division will grow to span Mechanical, Manufacturing, Production, HVAC, Turbomachinery, Automotive, Aerospace, Rail, Marine and Defence.

This is an opportunity for an experienced recruiter to take ownership of that build which includes shaping the desk, the network and the direction of the practice, with the backing of an ambitious and well-resourced business behind them. You can be from any engineering recruitment background and can launch the division within any subsector.
