Michelle Waterworth Recruitment is seeking an Engineering & Manufacturing Recruitment Manager/Team Leader in Leicester on a hybrid basis. The role offers a 40,000–55,000 basic salary with uncapped commission and the chance to shape a growing division.

You will work alongside the CEO, develop new business, manage key accounts and lead a recruitment desk focused on engineering, manufacturing and technical sectors across the Midlands and UK. Autonomy and strategic influence are central to the role.

The Opportunity

Working with manufacturing businesses, engineering organisations, production facilities and industrial employers throughout the Midlands and across the UK, you'll build long-term partnerships and become a trusted recruitment specialist within the sector.

What We're Looking For

We're interested in speaking with recruiters from Engineering Recruitment, Manufacturing Recruitment, Industrial Recruitment, Technical Recruitment, Production Recruitment, Supply Chain Recruitment or Skilled Trades Recruitment backgrounds.

You will have a proven track record of business development, account management, sales success and revenue generation, combined with the drive and ambition to help grow a successful independent recruitment business.

Strong relationship-building skills, commercial awareness and a consultative approach are essential, alongside the ability to win new business and develop long-term client partnerships.
