Job summary

Questech Recruitment Ltd in Wakefield is seeking a Senior Recruitment Consultant to run a 360 desk with the autonomy to maximise earnings.

You will win new business, develop client relationships, manage accounts, source and place candidates across temp, perm and contract roles, and negotiate rates throughout the full recruitment lifecycle. This is a fast-paced, performance-led role with clear progression into management.

We are a growing recruitment business specialising in engineering and automotive maintenance, delivering high-quality temporary, permanent and contract solutions to clients across the UK.

With a strong client base and continued growth, we are looking to bring in an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to build and develop a successful desk.

The Role

This is a 360 recruitment role with the autonomy to run your desk and maximise your earnings.

You will:

• Proactively win new business and develop client relationships
• Manage and expand existing accounts
• Source, interview and place candidates across temp, perm and contract roles
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from vacancy to placement
• Negotiate rates and terms to maximise revenue

What We Offer

• £30,000 - £40,000 basic salary (DOE)
• Uncapped commission with realistic OTE £80,000+
