Recruitment Consultant – Engineering / Technical

Location: Manchester (4 days office, 1 day remote)

Type: Permanent, Full-Time

We’re representing a growing specialist recruitment firm that’s scaling both its Engineering and Technology divisions and is seeking driven recruiters to join the journey.

The Opportunity

You’ll join an ambitious, performance-driven team where delivery and discipline are key. With strong leadership, clear structure, and cutting-edge systems already in place, this business is investing heavily in growth - aiming to triple headcount across Engineering and Tech within the next year.

They’re not focused on how long you’ve been in recruitment - what matters is what you’ve achieved:

• Strong billings or client wins
• A defined market niche or technical specialism
• Clear understanding of your market and motivation

Both permanent and contract recruitment experience are valued, and they’re open to consultants who operate a dual desk.

• A proven recruiter within Engineering, Manufacturing, or Technical markets
• Focused, consistent, and commercially aware
• Interested in developing your niche and building client partnerships
• Looking for progression, improved commissions, or a business with better balance and culture
