Gap Technical Ltd is seeking a Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join our engineering recruitment division in Huntingdon. The role offers hybrid working and a starting salary of £28,000–£35,000 with a strong commission structure.

Huntingdon / Hybrid

Salary: 28,000- 35,000 + excellent commission

Are you ambitious, driven and looking to build a successful career in recruitment? We're looking for a Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join our growing engineering recruitment business. Whether you have previous recruitment experience or are looking to take your first step into the industry, we're more interested in your attitude, ambition and willingness to learn. You'll be working within the engineering recruitment sector, helping businesses find highly skilled engineering professionals while developing long-term relationships with both clients and candidates.

What You'll Be Doing

• Building strong relationships with candidates
