We are seeking additions who can convert leads, develop clients, and drive year-on-year growth through consultative and strategic thinking while mentoring staff and maintaining excellent customer service under pressure.

Being a Recruitment Consultant at Blue Arrow is a truly great career choice, one that hopefully you will apply for after reading this, but a statement that can be said with utter confidence too, as the person writing this advert is someone that has enjoyed a 17 year career with Blue Arrow, working their way up from a trainee, to now managing 4 locations for the East Midlands & Staffordshire.

Blue Arrow is a company that rewards people with recognition, progression & uncapped commission in equal measure. There are many a journey of long serving consultants, that hadn't worked in the industry previously, but have carved out careers that have seen them progress, far exceed their basic salary with monthly, quarterly & annual bonuses, win awards at our annual awards nights.

Our team alone has 6 employees with an average of 10 years Blue Arrow service.

We are seeking additions to our team that are looking to enhance their recruitment careers beyond their current limitations.

In previous experience we are looking for

• Proven ability to convert new business leads in to Blue Arrow clients
• A portfolio of clients that have been personally converted, retained and developed
• An ability to build a client from inception to year on year growth, and open up additional departments
• Consultative & solution based thinking
• Someone who can build meaningful, trusted business partnerships
• Has long term and strategic thinking
• Someone wanting to develop their own teamAn ability to manage multiple clients at a time
• A desire to be a high performer and keep pushing for more

• Salary between £28,000 to £33,000 depending on experience
• Quarterly salary review after 1st year - based on financial performance
