Blue Arrow, UK & Ireland (Hybrid/Flexible), is seeking an ambitious Business Director to lead the expansion of our permanent recruitment offering within Transport & Logistics. This hands-on, revenue-generating leadership role will own the delivery of permanent recruitment revenue and build a market-leading proposition.

This role will win new business, develop strategic client relationships, and grow a network of Transport & Logistics professionals while coaching two Recruitment Consultants

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment leadership and scaling teams.
• Proven track record in winning new business and building client relationships.
• Experience in Transport, Logistics, or Supply Chain is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver permanent recruitment revenue.
• Win new business and develop strategic client relationships.

The Opportunity

This is a hands-on, revenue-generating leadership role.

You will be responsible for:

• Personally, billing and delivering permanent recruitment revenue
• Winning new business and developing strategic client relationships
• Building and promoting a network of high-quality Transport & Logistics professionals
• Managing, coaching, and developing a team of two Recruitment Consultants
• Driving sales activity across both new and existing Blue Arrow clients
• Creating and executing a growth strategy for the Transport & Logistics professional recruitment sector
• Working collaboratively with our national branch network and logistics teams to maximise opportunities
