Blue Arrow is actively seeking a motivated Recruitment Consultant in Newport to own the full recruitment cycle within the Driving and Logistics division. You will build a client portfolio, source candidates, and manage relationships across transport sectors.

The role suits those with sales, logistics, or customer service backgrounds who want to grow in a supported environment with hybrid working after training and a focus on performance and development.

Blue Arrow is looking for a motivated Recruitment Consultant to join our established Newport branch and play a key role in growing our successful Driving and Logistics division.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, developing new business and delivering first-class recruitment solutions to clients across the transport and logistics sector.

Whether you're an experienced recruiter or have a background in sales, customer service, logistics or transport, we'll provide the tools, support and development needed to help you succeed.

The Opportunity

As a 360 Recruitment Consultant, you'll manage the full recruitment process while developing your own client portfolio and candidate network.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Generating new business opportunities within the Driving and Logistics market
• Building long-term partnerships with transport and operations professionals
