Job summary

Blue Arrow Newport is seeking a motivated Recruitment Consultant to grow our Driving and Logistics division. You’ll manage the full recruitment process, develop your client portfolio and candidate network, and deliver first-class recruitment solutions across transport and logistics.

With hybrid working after training, you’ll build lasting relationships, source and place HGV drivers, and drive service excellence for key clients in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

• Ensuring compliance and right-to-work standards are maintained.

Blue Arrow is looking for a motivated Recruitment Consultant to join our established Newport branch and play a key role in growing our successful Driving and Logistics division.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, developing new business and delivering first-class recruitment solutions to clients across the transport and logistics sector.

Whether you're an experienced recruiter or have a background in sales, customer service, logistics or transport, we'll provide the tools, support and development needed to help you succeed.

The Opportunity

As a 360 Recruitment Consultant, you'll manage the full recruitment process while developing your own client portfolio and candidate network.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Generating new business opportunities within the Driving and Logistics market
• Building long-term partnerships with transport and operations professionals
• Sourcing, interviewing and placing HGV, LGV and professional driving candidates
• Managing temporary workforce requirements for key clients
