Job description

Find My Staff are seeking an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team. Established in 2021, Find My Staff has substantial year on year growth, specialising in FM, manufacturing, recycling and commercial roles.

We are seeking a reliable, motivated, bubbly person who enjoys engaging with both candidates and clients. You will be generating new clients by phone/ meetings and placing new candidates to work. You will be involved in the full 360 of recruitment and will be responsible for bringing new clients on board.

We offer a fantastic 20% commission structure with no threshold and 33 days holiday per year inclusive of 8 days bank holiday. OTE earnings are 60000+ per year.

The working days are Monday - Friday from 8am-5pm.
