Job summary

University Hospitals Coventry and Warwickshire NHS Trust is seeking a Senior Administration Officer to support the Radiology Department across the University Hospital Coventry, Hospital of St Cross, and Community Diagnostic Centre. The role requires excellent administrative and communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

You will work across three sites with standard NHS administrative duties.

Qualifications

• Proven administrative experience within NHS or public sector preferred.
• Must be computer literate and proficient with Microsoft Office packages.
• Strong organisational and communication skills required.
• Evidence of continuing personal development is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide confidential administrative support to the Radiology Department.
• Manage electronic and paper records and filing systems.
• Coordinate appointments and diary management across three sites.
• Prepare and distribute information to patients and staff; take minutes as needed.
• Supervise junior admin staff and support across sites.
