Job summary

University Hospitals Tees invites applications for Admin Support (Clinical Administration Services) in Radiology, based at the University Hospital of North Tees & Hartlepool. The role covers reception, appointment bookings and general admin tasks within a busy radiology department.

You may rotate across North Tees, Hartlepool, One Life, Peterlee Hospitals and the Tees Valley Community Diagnostic Centre, with some extended hours from 8am to 8pm.

Qualifications

• Good Educational background to at least GCSE level or equivalent.
• Good communication skills are requirements for this Post.
• Knowledge of operating a computer system would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Main duties will be reception, booking appointments and general admin support across Radiology.
• Be required to rotate cross site to include North Tees, Hartlepool, One Life, Peterlee Hospitals and the Tees Valley Community Diagnostic Centre; extended hours may be 8am-8pm.
