A Senior Quantity Surveyor role with Aldwych Consulting focuses on commercial management of major rail and infrastructure projects. You will oversee costs, reporting, and risk across projects, while coordinating with project teams and supply chains.

Candidates should have rail or major infrastructure experience, with strong CVR, forecasting and contract knowledge, and the ability to work autonomously on high-value schemes.

Qualifications

• Experience with CVRs, forecasting and commercial reporting required.
• A background in rail, infrastructure or civil engineering advantageous.
• NEC and other contract forms knowledge desirable.

Responsibilities

• Manage the commercial aspects of projects from concept to completion.
• Prepare CVRs, forecast and provide commercial reporting.
• Manage contractual obligations and commercial risk.
• Procurement and subcontract management.
• Handle variations and final accounts.
