Advance Training & Recruitment Services is seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor for a high-value infrastructure project in Central London. You'll lead commercial delivery from procurement to final account, collaborating with project managers, engineers and the wider team to drive cost control and contractual excellence.

The role requires NEC3/NEC4 contract experience, a degree in Quantity Surveying, and a track record of managing large-value packages within main contractor or JV

Qualifications

• Experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor on major infrastructure projects.
• Strong NEC3 or NEC4 contract knowledge.
• Main contractor or joint venture experience.
• Experience managing large-value work packages from procurement to final account.
• Excellent commercial and contractual knowledge.
• University degree in Quantity Surveying or related field.
• RICS membership (or working towards) is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Take commercial responsibility for high-value work packages from procurement to final account.
• Administer NEC contracts, including change management and Compensation Events.
• Prepare cost reports, forecasts and cash flow information.
• Manage subcontract procurement, valuations and final accounts.
• Support risk and opportunity management across the project.
• Assess commercial impacts of programme changes and value engineering.
• Build strong relationships with operations, clients and supply chain.
• Ensure contractual obligations are maintained throughout the lifecycle.
