Aldwych Consulting Ltd in Blantyre, Scotland seeks a commercially focused Quantity Surveyor to join their civil infrastructure and rail portfolio. You will manage project costs, forecasting, final accounts and subcontract control on major schemes.

The role covers pre-construction through to completion, with responsibility for procurement, risk management and stakeholder liaison. A rail/infrastructure background and strong contractual knowledge are essential for long‑term career development.

Qualifications

• Commercially focused Quantity Surveyor with rail/infrastructure experience.
• Strong knowledge of project costs, forecasting and reporting.
• Experience managing subcontractors and supply chain relationships.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
