Qualifications

• Experience delivering pre-contract and post-contract commercial services on UK infrastructure projects.
• Knowledge of NEC4/NR/FIDIC contracts and cost control.
• Proven ability to lead commissions and develop junior staff; supporting bids.

Responsibilities

• Provide pre-contract and post-contract commercial services on UK infrastructure projects, including rail and utilities.
• Lead cost verification activities and assess commercial risks for complex schemes.
• Mentor junior staff and contribute to bid development, with strong technical writing and client communication.
