Job summary

Siemens Mobility UKI is hiring Senior Quantity Surveyors to support major rail and infrastructure projects across the UK from Glasgow to London. Roles require hybrid working with a minimum of three days in the office.

You will drive commercial performance, manage work package costs, and provide contractual support to project teams while coordinating with clients and subcontractors to ensure value delivery and compliance with Siemens standards.

Qualifications

• Degree qualified (or equivalent) in a relevant discipline.
• Working towards or holding a professional qualification such as RICS or CICES.
• Proven track record of commercial delivery on contractor-side projects.
• Experience managing direct labour and subcontract costs, forecasting and change control.

Responsibilities

• Manage project change control and cost forecasting.
• Present periodic project commercial performance.
• Provide contractual and commercial support to project team.
• Maintain auditable records for work packages.
• Liaise with clients, subcontractors and internal teams.
