Job summary

Siemens Mobility in the UK is hiring multiple Quantity Surveyors to support major rail and infrastructure programmes nationwide. Roles require hybrid working with a minimum three days in the office, and you’ll collaborate with clients, contractors and internal teams to manage commercial outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience in rail, engineering, defence, construction or similar project-based environments.
• Experience with complex multidisciplinary projects.
• Professional membership such as RICS, CICES or similar is desirable.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders across project departments.

Responsibilities

• Work on project and work package change control and management.
• Provide commercial interface for responsible work packages.
• Support project team with contractual and commercial activities.
• Manage costs for work packages, including forecasting and budgeting.
• Identify risks and opportunities for work packages.
• Contribute to internal and external commercial reports.
