Job summary

Siemens Mobility UKI is hiring Senior Quantity Surveyors to support major rail and infrastructure programmes nationwide with hybrid working and three days in the office. You will deliver commercial excellence across work packages, manage budgets, and provide contractual support to project teams in a dynamic, high-profile environment.

Ideal candidates will have rail/engineering project experience, professional membership progress (RICS/CICES), and a collaborative approach to stakeholder

Qualifications

• Experience within rail, engineering, defence, construction, IT or similar project-based industry.
• Experience working on complex, multidisciplinary projects.
• Progress towards or hold a professional membership such as RICS, CICES.
• Experience collaboratively managing multiple stakeholders across project departments.

Responsibilities

• Manage project and work package change control and cost forecasting.
• Present periodic project commercial performance to stakeholders.
• Provide contractual and commercial support to the project team.
• Maintain oversight of work package cost management, forecasting and budget control.
• Ensure contract administration complies with company standards and maintains auditable records.
