Job summary

Siemens Mobility UKI is hiring Senior Quantity Surveyors to support major rail and infrastructure programmes across the UK, including Manchester. These roles offer hybrid working with at least three days per week in the office and close collaboration with project teams.

You will manage commercial performance, forecasting, risk and cost control for work packages, ensuring contractual compliance and delivering value on high-profile projects.

Qualifications

• Experience in rail, engineering, defence, construction or similar project-based industry.
• Experience managing complex, multidisciplinary projects.
• Possession or pursuit of professional membership such as RICS or CICES.

Responsibilities

• Lead project commercial management and change control for work packages.
• Present periodic commercial performance and forecasts to stakeholders.
• Provide contractual and commercial support to project teams.
• Manage work package costs, budgeting and forecasting.
• Identify, monitor and mitigate commercial risks across projects.
• Ensure contract administration aligns with Siemens' standards and requirements.
