Job summary

Siemens Mobility UKI is hiring Quantity Surveyors to support major rail and infrastructure programmes across the UK. Roles require hybrid working with at least three days in the office and travel to customer sites within the region.

You will lead commercial interfaces for work packages, support project teams with contractual and financial governance, and maintain auditable records while collaborating closely with clients, subcontractors and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Experience working on complex, multidisciplinary projects.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen in forecasting, budgeting and cost control.
• Experience managing change and variations on work packages.

Responsibilities

• Provide commercial interface for responsible work packages.
• Support project team with contractual and commercial guidance.
• Maintain auditable records for work packages per contractual requirements.
• Communicate with clients, subcontractors, project management, engineering and finance teams.
