Job summary

A leading engineering firm in Birmingham seeks a Senior Quantity Surveyor to oversee quantity surveying and commercial management across various projects. Responsibilities include leading a team, providing commercial advice, managing contracts, and ensuring successful project completion. Qualifications

  • Minimum 7 years’ experience as a Quantity Surveyor managing projects from £100k to £10m.
  • Extensive experience in Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) environments.
  • Proven ability to lead and deliver on large commercial projects.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee quantity surveying and commercial management across projects.
  • Provide commercial and contractual advice to Sales and Projects teams.
  • Manage change processes and ensure contracts are administered correctly.
