Job summary

Adeptus Talent Limited is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor in the Hampshire/Winchester area to lead pre- and post-contract activities and manage cost control across projects.

The role involves cost planning, procurement, contract administration, and strong client-facing communication to support project delivery and future opportunities. A solid background in JCT contracts and NEC experience is desirable.

Qualifications

• Previous experience within a Quantity Surveying / Cost Consultancy environment.
• Strong pre and post-contract experience.
• Good commercial and cost management knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Full pre and post-contract Quantity Surveying.
• Cost planning, estimating and budgeting.
• Procurement and tender management.
• Preparation and assessment of tender documentation.
• Contract administration.
• Interim valuations and payment recommendations.
• Change control and variation management.
• Cost reporting and forecasting.
• Final accounts.
• JCT contract administration.
• NEC experience advantageous.
