Ideal candidates will hold a degree in quantity surveying and preferably be RICS members, demonstrating strong technical and commercial acumen.

Qualifications

• Formally qualified with a degree in quantity surveying or a related field.
• RICS Professional membership is preferred.
• Able to effectively communicate and collaborate with various stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage estimating and quantity surveying services throughout the project lifecycle.
• Prepare final accounts and claims in accordance with client requirements.
• Actively engage with clients to promote the business.
