Qualifications

• Experience working as a Senior Quantity Surveyor within a main contractor environment.
• Proven ability to manage your own projects with minimal supervision.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage all commercial aspects of assigned projects from procurement through to final account.
• Prepare valuations, variations, cost reports and forecasts.
• Lead subcontract procurement including tender analysis, negotiation, and award.

Skills

Experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor

Strong knowledge of JCT contracts

Confident in valuations, cost control, and reporting

Excellent communication skills
