Job summary

Aureos Group is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor for our Andover Office, joining the Commercial team to drive project profitability and robust commercial reporting. You will lead cost control, sub-contract management, and risk handling across national infrastructure schemes, collaborating closely with project teams and clients.

Essentially, you will maintain records, support tendering, and develop a high-performing Project Commercial Team under the Regional Commercial Manager guiding

Qualifications

Degree or HND/HNC in a relevant field.
Extensive experience in contracting commercial departments.
Experience in HV/LV infrastructure projects desirable.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
Driving license desirable.
ERP experience (COINS) desirable.
Knowledge of construction contracts desirable.

Responsibilities

Management of application and credit control processes.
Management of income optimisation and forecasting.
Management of costing and forecasting processes.
Input into the management of project risk and change control.
Provision of commercial advice to the Project Team.
Management of the full sub-contract cycle.
