Job summary

Aureos is recruiting a Senior Quantity Surveyor for our Birmingham Office to join the Commercial team. You will support project delivery, drive commercial reporting, and maximise profit across schemes.

You will manage payment applications, CF budgets, and risk, while collaborating with customers on national infrastructure projects and striving for sustainable improvements and lifecycle cost control.

Qualifications

• Degree educated or HND/HNC equivalent.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Desirable: Experience with COINS ERP.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist the commercial team in delivering profitable projects.
• Produce and maintain well-organised commercial records and reporting.
• Manage applications for payment and monitor cash flow.
• Lead change control processes and forecasting.
• Provide commercial advice to the project team.
• Support tendering and contract review processes.
