Job summary

Aureos is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our Dungeness office and form a core part of the Commercial team. You will deliver exceptional commercial results through efficient project delivery, reporting and profitability management across national infrastructure projects.

Reporting to Regional Commercial Manager, you will oversee application/credit control, change management, and risk assessment, while driving collaboration with project teams and clients to ensure profitability and

Qualifications

Essential: Degree educated or HND/HNC equivalent.
Essential: Substantial experience in contracting commercial department.
Essential: Experience on multi‑discipline HV/LV infrastructure projects; DNOs/private networks preferred.
Essential: Proficient in Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

Assist the commercial team to ensure profitability, cash management, cost control and accurate reporting of schemes.
Manage application and credit control processes.
Oversee optimisation of income and forecasting processes.
Maintain change control systems and project risk input.
Provide commercial advice to Project Team and manage sub‑contract cycles.
