Job summary

Aureos is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join the Commercial team in our Andover office. You will support project delivery, financial reporting and maximise profitability across national infrastructure schemes in the UK.

Reporting to the Regional Commercial Manager, you will manage the sub-contract lifecycle, optimise income, and contribute to tendering and contract reviews while promoting best practices and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Essential: Degree educated or HND/HNC equivalent.
• Essential: Substantial experience working in a contracting commercial department.
• Essential: Experience of HV/LV infrastructure projects desirable.
• Essential: Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Desirable: Driving license and use of ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full sub-contract cycle and provide commercial advice to the Project Team.
• Delivery and reporting of profitable schemes, cost control and cash management.
• Maintain records, prepare applications for payment and project cost forecasting.
• Support contract delivery teams and drive commercial improvements.
• Lead change control processes and risk management across projects.
