This role involves closely working with a Director and a small QS team on iconic healthcare projects valued up to £100m. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience, excellent communication skills, and ideally experience in healthcare projects. Qualifications

• 5+ years of Quantity Surveying experience required.
• Ideally experience in running healthcare projects.
• Excellent pre and post contract experience essential.

Responsibilities

• Work alongside a Director and QS team on healthcare projects.
• Act as a key contact for clients and stakeholders.
• Support junior quantity surveyors in the team.
