Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor on major infrastructure or energy projects.
• Extensive experience with NEC3/NEC4 contracts in a commercial or project management capacity.
• Willingness to work in the Manchester office and travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead commercial management activities on large-scale energy infrastructure projects.
• Prepare cost plans, budgets, forecasts, and financial reports for multi-million-pound programmes.
• Administer NEC3/NEC4 contracts and manage compensation events.
• Mentor and develop junior QS staff, supporting their career progression.
