Senior Quantity Surveyor Construction | Private Residences | High End Residential

Up to £105,000 basic + Car Allowance, Health Care and Performance Incentive

Our client is adopting a new roundtable approach to contracting in the highly competitive world of Londons development market. Operating on super prime residences with complex builds to include retained facades and deep basements.

They have created a new opening for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their management team. Its likely you will be degree qualified in Quantity Surveying and have demonstrable experience working for management contractor or developer / contract as a Quantity Surveyor or Senior Commercial Management function.

Candidates will have a minimum of five years Quantity Surveying experience in this fast-moving and highly demanding field, ideally in London.

You are now at the stage in your career where you seek more of a positive acknowledgement for your work and want the autonomy to effectively run your own projects and see the incentives a privately owned and operated enterprise can offer.

Projects are typically £10 - £50m (with multiple projects live at any one time). You will be responsible for managing an Estimator, Jnr QS will have the opportunity to build the commercial team around you.
