Job summary

Anglian Water is seeking an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to support commercial management, cost control, and risk management within our Integrated Maintenance and Repair Water Recycling Alliance. You will contribute to cost forecasting, accruals, and Final Account delivery, working with the Senior QS and Commercial Managers in a hybrid setting.

• Experience with cost information management and monthly reporting.
• Ability to manage commercial records and support audits.
• Strong numerical, analytical and risk management skills.
• Experience working with SAP and in an office environment.

Responsibilities

• Take an active role in managing commercial and cost aspects to ensure cost control and value.
• Demonstrate commercial awareness and understanding of contractual obligations.
• Support management of accurate commercial records for audits and final accounts.
• Identify efficiencies while adhering to governance procedures.
• Collaborate with Senior QS and Commercial Managers to report on costs.
