Ernest and Florent LTD in Warrington is seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their growing team. A growing, forward-thinking construction consultancy are looking to appoint an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team in Warrington.

The Senior Quantity Surveyors Role

The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will join an established and growing Quantity Surveying team, working across a diverse range of construction projects throughout the North West.

As Senior Quantity Surveyor, you'll take responsibility for a range of pre and post contract Quantity Surveying services, including cost planning, estimating, procurement, commercial management, cost reporting and final accounts.

You'll have the opportunity to work across a broad variety of sectors including residential, healthcare, education, commercial, retail and hospitality.

This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded Senior Quantity Surveyor who enjoys taking ownership of projects and building strong client relationships, while still benefiting from the support of an experienced and collaborative team.

• A degree in Quantity Surveying / Cost Management
