Energy Jobline CVL is seeking a confident Senior Quantity Surveyor to join an established international Construction Consultancy in Cheshire. You will own projects from inception to final accounts and lead on pre and post contract delivery across a varied portfolio including data centre, commercial and industrial schemes.

MRICS or working towards MRICS is preferred; a RICS accredited degree is expected. The role offers 3 days in the office, pension, APC support and a competitive bonus scheme.

• Completed a RICS accredited degree.
• PQS/Consultancy background.
• Able to deliver projects from inception to completion.
• Solid pre and post contract experience.
• Driving licence.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor's role

The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will take ownership of projects from inception through to final accounts, playing a key role in both pre and post contract delivery.

With exposure to a diverse portfolio of data centre, commercial and industrial projects, this is an excellent opportunity to broaden your experience while taking the lead on a range of exciting schemes.
