Job summary

Foster & May, an established Cheshire-based construction consultancy, is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to own projects from inception to final accounts. You will lead pre- and post-contract delivery and manage a diverse portfolio including data centre, commercial and industrial schemes.

The successful candidate will ideally be MRICS or working towards, with a RICS-accredited degree and PQS/consultancy background.

• RICS-accredited degree completed.
• PQS/Consultancy background.
• Able to deliver projects from inception to completion.
• Solid pre and post contract experience.
• Full driving licence.

An established, international Construction Consultancy is looking to expand its Cheshire team by appointing a confident Senior Quantity Surveyor.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor's role

The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will take ownership of projects from inception through to final accounts, playing a key role in both pre and post contract delivery.

With exposure to a diverse portfolio of data centre, commercial and industrial projects, this is an excellent opportunity to broaden your experience while taking the lead on a range of exciting schemes.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor

• Ideally MRICS or working towards

• PQS / Consultancy background
