Job summary

Foster & May are seeking a proactive Quantity Surveyor to join our Cheshire office in the Northwest, delivering pre and post-contract services on Data Centre and Logistics projects alongside Associate and Senior QS colleagues. You’ll also have the opportunity to manage smaller projects.

The ideal candidate will have a Quantity Surveying degree (or equivalent), around 2 years of QS experience in a PQS/consultancy, and good communication skills.

Qualifications

• Completed a Quantity Surveying degree or equivalent.
• Circa 2 years Quantity Surveying experience.
• Worked within a PQS/Consultancy practice.
• Basic pre and post-contract knowledge.
• Confident and good communicator.

Responsibilities

• Deliver pre and post-contract services on large-scale Data Centre and Logistics projects.
• Work alongside Associate and Senior Quantity Surveyors.
• Opportunity to manage your own smaller projects.

An ambitious Quantity Surveying Construction Consultancy with a rapidly expanding workload is seeking a proactive Quantity Surveyor to join their Cheshire office in the Northwest.

The Quantity Surveyor's role

The successful Quantity Surveyor will join a high-performing team, working alongside Associate and Senior Quantity Surveyors to deliver both pre and post contract services on large-scale Data Centre and Logistics projects.

The new Quantity Surveyor will also be given the opportunity to manage your own smaller projects, allowing you to further develop your experience.

The Quantity Surveyor
