Foster & May Limited, a growing Northern Quantity Surveying consultancy, is looking to appoint a highly experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to strengthen its Manchester team. The role focuses on managing public sector projects, mentoring junior surveyors, and taking ownership of commercial functions while collaborating with clients and a close-knit team.

MRICS or equivalent experience preferred, APC support and a strong work culture are offered, along with flexible working, travel expenses, and

Qualifications

• MRICS qualification or actively pursuing MRICS.
• Experience in PQS/construction consultancy.
• Public sector project exposure preferred.
• Employer's Agent experience advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Manage a range of public sector projects and lead commercial functions.
• Mentor Junior Quantity Surveyors and oversee their work.
• Coordinate with clients and internal team to deliver high-quality output on time.
• Support APC and professional development for the team.

A well-established and growing Northern Quantity Surveying consultancy is looking to appoint a highly experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to strengthen its Manchester team.

The Senior Quantity Surveyors Role

The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will be entrusted with managing a range of public sector projects, taking ownership of key commercial functions while collaborating closely with clients and the close-knit team.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor will provide guidance and mentoring to Junior Quantity Surveyors, overseeing their work and helping to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality work.

• MRICS or working towards
• Strong Communication Skills
• Background working in a PQS / Construction Consultancy
• Ideally experience working on public sector projects
