Foster & May, a forward-thinking Northern Quantity Surveying Construction Consultancy, is hiring a motivated Quantity Surveyor to expand their Cost Management team in Warrington.

You will deliver budgets, costs, and forecasts across healthcare, education, and commercial sectors, working with clients to produce accurate reports and support project delivery. Hybrid working and clear progression opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

Quantity Surveying degree or equivalent.
Experience in a PQS practice.
Commercial sector experience preferred.
Good pre- and post-contract knowledge.
Working towards APC or APC qualified.

Responsibilities

Oversee budgets, costs and forecasts for projects.
Produce accurate client reports and forecasts.
Deliver high-profile healthcare, education and commercial projects across a varied portfolio.
