Foster & May, an established international Construction Consultancy, is expanding its Cheshire team by appointing a confident Senior Quantity Surveyor. You will own projects from inception through final accounts, contributing to both pre and post contract delivery across a diverse portfolio including data centre, commercial and industrial schemes.

Ideally MRICS or working towards, with a PQS/consultancy background and experience delivering from inception to completion, you will enjoy a hybrid

• Ideally MRICS or working towards.
• Completed a RICS accredited degree.
• PQS / Consultancy background.
• Able to deliver projects from inception to completion.
• Solid pre and post contract experience.
• Driving licence.

Responsabilités

• Take ownership of projects from inception through to final accounts.
• Exposure to data centre, commercial and industrial projects.
• Lead on a range of schemes from pre to post contract.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor's role

The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will take ownership of projects from inception through to final accounts, playing a key role in both pre and post contract delivery.

With exposure to a diverse portfolio of data centre, commercial and industrial projects, this is an excellent opportunity to broaden your experience while taking the lead on a range of exciting schemes.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor

• Ideally MRICS or working towards
• Completed a RICS accredited degree
• PQS / Consultancy background
• Able to deliver projects from inception to completion
• Solid pre and post contract experience
• Driving licence
